Anyways I love the ideas of 16 a team PvE and PvP. As long as the work sqaud based and not mob based (aka, they are divivded as usual, with the other team under allies, and hopefully you cant heal them or enchant them, but can res them. Also you can only chat to them with Local chat, and Guild chat if others are in your guild.) Also perhaps some way to organize getting 16 people together. Im assuming they are making a better group makign system since it has been asked for for a long time. But I also wouldnt want it to be random because my guild has more than 8 people that PvE and sometimes people ahve to get left out which stinks.

if we already own C1 why do we have to BUY C2 to play it? or do we get like a disccount?

You do not have to buy chapter 2. You can continue to play chapter 1 all you want. But....if you want to play chapter 2, you will have to buy it. I'm sure it will have a similar cost to chapter 1.

On a side note, I will be getting Chapter two. It will probably end up greatly increasing your PUG invite rate as opposed to not having the additional skills and armors in the new chapter.

just cross your fingers they dont make better armor than fissure or more expensive for that matter...

would be a HUGE waste of money for people who bought fissure and want the new armor...

hopefully this isnt the case, but besides this, im sure the chapter 2 expansion what ever its called will be great

One year of WoW: $50 + ($15 * 12) = $230 per year

Besides Tyria is hugh world. Ascalon and Kryta are only a part of it. Much like the United States or Europe is to the rest of the world. There is a whole lot more going on in the world than just the USA or the EU.

I think it's nice to peel back and explore a different part of Tyria. Just like Tolkien's Middle Earth, there is much more going on than what you read in LOTR or even the Hobbit. For instance, Sauron has a master named Melkor. And there is a proficy that tells of Melkor's return. But that story is outside the realm of LOTR. There is a whole lot of things like that in Middle Earth. I'm happy top see Anet branching out.

Besides, if Anet just sticks with the Charr, then GW can quickly become like the Borg on Star Trek or the new Star Wars films, just the same thing over and over and over. Nothing new.

If you buy chapter 2 only, you get the PvE content from chapter 2, the 2 new classes in full, and some core skills of the other 6 classes, but not all.

Seconded, thirded, fourthed, whatever. Although Lineage 2 is much, much worse (also with its controls). I really dislike seeing exact copies of myself running around in towns and outposts.

.) Nobody's holding a gun to your head. And I highly doubt discounts of any kind. I see these expansions the same way I see the expansion packs for The Sims 2 -- as an add-on thing. Whether you buy it/them or not, you'll still have a good game to play. It's just that everyone who did buy the expansion will have lots more cool stuff than you do
